Arsuf

Arsuf is a high-end neighborhood in the Sharon area, located south-west of Kibbutz Shefayim, 20 kilometers from Tel-Aviv and 7 kilometers from Hertzlyia, featuring many breathtaking villas and mansions. It is named after ancient Arsuf; Also known as Tel Ashraf. In the 1930's these lands were purchased by Jews, looking to start a settlement. In the early 1970's just a few villas were built in Arsuf. In the early 1990's building was renewed and more villas, houses and lots were offered for sale. Arsuf's close proximity to the sea made it one of the most luxurious neighborhoods in Israel, with first line to the beach lots enjoying particularly high demand.
