• You can set up a swimming pool area not more than 10% the size of the lot, maximum70 square meters. • You can set up a service zone storage room, the size of 13 M² and a pergola area of up to 10% the size of the lot, on the ground floor. • The basement area can be built ground-floor topography. Structure which allowed the construction of a basement, storeroom building will not be allowed. • You can add an attic space tiled roof.
