Update City building plan with area planning and construction of Tel Aviv-Jaffa:

. Swimming pools: The Committee may allow construction of swimming pools, ornamental pools and jacuzzis, gardens of private homes in plot area, including building line 0, subject to payment of improvement tax. No more walls of the pools, but in the main construction areas permitted.
